Regulates many physiological processes including proliferation, scattering, morphogenesis and survival. SWISS: P08581 Gene ID: 4233 細胞膜受體（Membrane Receptors) c-Met蛋白是肝細胞生長因子受體（Hepatocyte growth factor receptor, HGFR），又稱受體蛋白酪氨酸激酶，肝細胞生長因子和過度表達的c-Met(HGFR)蛋白結(jié)合，在腫瘤的發(fā)生、進展和血管形成中都起著重要作用。 c-met蛋白也是HGF特異性受體，具有內(nèi)源性酪氨酸激酶的活性，HGF與c-met蛋白特異性結(jié)合對腫瘤細胞生長、分化及惡性轉(zhuǎn)化可能具有重要的關(guān)聯(lián)。 |
