Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a major inhibitory neurotransmitter. GABA acts at inhibitory synapses in the brain and spinal cord. Inhibition is provoked by GABA binding resulting in hyperpolarization of the synaptic transmembrane potential of the affected neuron. GABA binding causes ion channels to open allowing either the flow of chloride or potassium ions into or out of the cell. γ-氨基丁酸（簡(jiǎn)稱GABA）是一種天然存在的非蛋白質(zhì)氨基酸，是哺乳動(dòng)物中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中重要的抑制性神經(jīng)傳達(dá)物質(zhì)，約50%的中樞神經(jīng)突觸部位以GABA為遞質(zhì)。在人體大腦皮質(zhì)、海馬、丘腦、基底神經(jīng)節(jié)和小腦中起重要作用，并對(duì)機(jī)體的多種功能具有調(diào)節(jié)作用。當(dāng)人體內(nèi)GABA缺乏時(shí)，會(huì)產(chǎn)生焦慮、不安、疲倦、憂慮等情緒，一般長(zhǎng)久處于高壓力族群如身處競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中的人群、運(yùn)動(dòng)員、上班族等，都很容易缺乏GABA需要及時(shí)補(bǔ)充以便舒緩情緒。 |

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat brain); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (GABA) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2252R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
Tissue/cell: rat brain tissue; 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded;
Antigen retrieval: citrate buffer ( 0.01M, pH 6.0 ), Boiling bathing for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% Hydrogen peroxide for 30min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum,C-0005) at 37℃ for 20 min;
Incubation: Anti-GABA Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-2252R) 1:200, overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody(SP-0023) and DAB(C-0010) staining
