These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. 25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with FRA1 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62287R) at 1:2000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
