Receptor for oxytocin. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. SWISS: P30559 Gene ID: 5021 OTR在人的子宮平滑肌細胞膜上有縮宮素受體，縮宮素引起子宮收縮的機制可能是通過激活縮宮素受體而實現(xiàn)的。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，縮宮素受體在外周組織和中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)均有分布。縮宮素與不同組織、細胞上的縮宮素受體結(jié)合，通過多種信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑而發(fā)揮作用。 |
