Thrombin, which cleaves bonds after Arg and Lys, converts fibrinogen to fibrin and activates factors V, VII, VIII, XIII, and, in complex with thrombomodulin, protein C. Functions in blood homeostasis, inflammation and wound healing. SWISS: P00734 Gene ID: 2147 正常肝細(xì)胞中，在內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)內(nèi)可將DCP羧化使之成為有活性的凝血酶原，一旦機(jī)體需要，凝血酶原即可轉(zhuǎn)變成凝血酶參與機(jī)體的各項(xiàng)生理功能，當(dāng)有腫瘤細(xì)胞發(fā)生時(shí)，DCP明顯升高。DCP主要用于肝癌方面的研究；有學(xué)者認(rèn)為：聯(lián)合應(yīng)用DCP和AFP對(duì)于早期診斷HCC（原發(fā)性肝細(xì)胞癌）有較大的幫助。 |
