Noxa is a pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family protein that contains a single Bcl-2 homology (BH3) domain. Promotes activation of caspases and apoptosis. Promotes mitochondrial membrane changes and efflux of apoptogenic proteins from the mitochondria. Contributes to p53/TP53-dependent apoptosis after radiation exposure. Western blot analysis of Jurkat cell lysate;. Using Noxa (bsm-61443R) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
