Tachykinins are active peptides which excite neurons, evoke behavioral responses, are potent vasodilators and secretagogues, and contract (directly or indirectly) many smooth muscles. SWISS: P20366 Gene ID: 6863 P物質(zhì)（Substance P）是腦組織及消化道中發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)肽。由130個氨基酸殘基組成，胃腸道中肌肉收縮的有力促進劑，亦為強血管擴張劑。 SP是一種腦腸肽，亦是最早發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種神經(jīng)肽，屬于速激肽家族成員，它廣泛分布于中樞及外周神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，作為一種神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)或調(diào)質(zhì)參與疼痛、免疫、心血管等多種生理功能的調(diào)節(jié)。SP與其它的遞質(zhì)或調(diào)質(zhì)類似，能作用于多種類型的受體，速激肽家族有NK1、NK2、NK3三種受體，都能與SP結(jié)合，其中NK1與SP的結(jié)合能力最強而被稱為SP受體。 |
